Cameron is Away

I made these little shoe boxes for the kid's I just bought plain baskets and lined them with material and then painted four wooden slates with chalkboard paint and then wrote their names on them. I love them.
I painted the pantry wall a kaki ( which you cant see very well, if you look really close you can see that the kitchen walls are the peachy cream, ugly.) I painted the dinning area a golden brown. I love It too.
My Laundry room was already Orange and I never wanted to paint over it but couldn't figure out what to do with it. When I went to visit my sister in Nephi I found this bench and she thought it would look good in my Laundry room. She was right. I made the pillows to help tie in the colors. Thank Janelle.

I have been wanting to paint my house since we moved in three years ago. We painted the main room that was a mauve color but didn't paint anything else. I just had the play room re-painted due to our water leak, and I can't handle the peachy cream anymore. Cameron hates when I paint. He Say's I am so sloppy. I have to admit, that I am pretty sloppy. So Cameron went out of town, he flew to Washington,DC to be a part of his friends burial service who was killed in Iraq. He was a pretty amazing man and served this country with love and pride. While Cameron is away I had ample time, to take my time, and redecorate so I did Here are some pictures. I am pretty happy with how everything turned out. I feel like my home is clean and new!

Love it! I'm hoping to get painting mine this next week. We will see if anyone gets sick or we have mice attacking us again to throw my plans off one more week. ;)

Good job. It all looks great. Should we just start calling you Martha Stewart-lol! Maybe someday I will actually have to come over and see it.
